Orders & Shipping

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.

All orders placed after the cut-off time or placed Saturday-Sunday will ship the following business day (Monday-Friday). Please note: Orders placed during special promotions (Black Friday/Cyber Monday) and holidays may take additional processing time due to increased order volume. Please allow 1-2 extra days for order processing.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

We strive to process orders quickly; however, if you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to make changes or cancel it.

Typically, you can only do this the same day an order was placed because items are shipping as fast as possible.

How do I return or exchange an item?

If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions and a return authorization (RA) number.

Please ensure that the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original proof of purchase in accordance to the Return Policy. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange according to our return policy.
